Privacy Policy

SukiSuite provides client relationship management, bookings, and quotes for small businesses. The business controls the client information it enters, while SukiSuite processes that data to provide the service.

What we collect

• Business owners: email, account identifiers, business details, and sign-in records.
• Clients: contact details, private notes, tags, follow-up dates, booking history, quotes, and message delivery history.
• Technical: IP address, device/browser info, error logs.

Why

To provide account access, CRM, booking and quote features, deliver requested notifications, prevent abuse, and keep the service reliable. Optional marketing messages require recorded consent.

Storage

Supabase stores application data, Vercel runs the web service, and Resend sends email. A business may connect its own SMSGate account and Android phone for SMS. SMSGate credentials stay on the server and are not included in the SukiSuite Android app or public links.

Retention

We keep account and business data while the account is active. An owner can export business data or submit a deletion request from Settings. We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Account access and associated CRM, booking, quote, message, and provider-credential data are deleted. Records required for security, legal claims, tax, or regulatory obligations are isolated, access-restricted, and retained only for the required period.

You can also request account deletion without the app.

Your rights (RA 10173)

Account owners can access, correct, export, or request deletion of their data in the app. Clients should contact the business that collected their information. Privacy concerns can also be raised with the Philippine National Privacy Commission.

Security

We use encrypted connections, restricted server credentials, authenticated access, and database rules that isolate each business.

Children

The Service is not intended for persons under 18.
