Terms of Service

Suki Suite provides booking, POS, client records, packages, commissions, reporting and reminders (“Service”) to salon, barbershop and spa businesses (“you”). You own your data — clients, history, receipts — and may export it anytime.

1. Subscription

• Plans: Starter ₱990/mo, Pro ₱1,990/mo (VAT-exclusive). 30-day free trial, no card required.
• Cancel anytime; effective at the end of the paid (or trial) period.
• Non-payment: 7-day grace → limited mode (bookings stay live) → 30 days → data archived, export available.

2. Payments & deposits

Client deposits belong to you. Today, many shops collect a GCash deposit via QR and a reference number that you verify in the dashboard. When a payment partner (PayMongo / Stripe) is connected, those rails settle to your account on the partner’s schedule. We are not a bank and we do not hold client funds.

3. BIR & receipts

The Service can number receipts using the series and terminal you set. You register that series with the BIR and you are responsible for TIN / VAT settings. “BIR-ready” means the document shape and numbering are built for Philippine receipts — it is not a guarantee that your shop is already BIR-accredited.

4. Acceptable use

No illegal content, no spam to clients, no violation of the Data Privacy Act. Honor each client’s marketing-consent flag.

5. Data

We process data as described in the Privacy Policy. Each party complies with RA 10173. Do not export client data for purposes other than running your shop.

6. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or for payment-provider outages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 15 days’ notice. We may suspend accounts that breach §4. On termination we export your data within 7 days if you ask.
