Delete your account

You can request deletion inside the SukiSuite Android app from Settings → Privacy and account → Request account deletion.

Request deletion without the app

Email privacy@sukisuite.com from the address used for your SukiSuite account. Include your business name. We will verify ownership before deleting the account.

What is deleted

The account request covers business settings, client records, bookings, quotes, message history, and saved SMSGate credentials associated with the business. Data that must be kept for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations is restricted and retained only for the required period.

When deletion happens

We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Account access, business settings, client records, bookings, quotes, message history, and saved provider credentials are deleted. Records that must be retained for security, legal claims, tax, or regulatory obligations are isolated, access-restricted, and kept only for the required period.
